There will be the usual refuse lorry coming to the village on 26 October 10.00 for use by residents. More details will be published later about the items you can bring.

Any rubbish you have that can be recycled should be taken directly to the recycling centre as this waste is not recycled.
As a reminder, there are certain items you cannot put in the Dust Cart:
The vehicle will not take any white goods, electrical items, oils, paints, tyres, gas cylinders, large branches.
Also due to the Environment Agency Regulations, the Dust Cart is unable to take any Persistent Organic Pollutents (POP’s). POP’s waste is essentially upholstered seating as described below;
Sofa’s / Sofa beds / Futons
Armchairs
Kitchen & dining room chairs (containing any upholstery)
Stools & footstools (containing any upholstery)
Home office chairs (containing any upholstery)
Bean bags, floor and sofa cushions, Including any part made of or containing leather, synthetic leather, other fabric or foam
